We’re looking for talented growth marketers who are obsessed with social media, internet culture, and figuring out what makes content spread.

This is a high-agency role. You’ll have a lot of freedom to experiment, move quickly, and build systems from scratch.

If you demonstrate exceptional ability, we’ll also consider part-time roles.

What you’ll do

  1. Create, test, and iterate on new video formats and trends

  2. Experiment aggressively with new approaches to organic social growth

  3. Use AI to develop content and build systems for mass distribution

  4. Track what’s working, understand why, and scale it

Required

  1. Experience running Instagram, TikTok, or other social media accounts

  2. A track record of creating viral content that has generated significant views or followers

  3. High agency. You can take an ambiguous goal, figure out what needs to happen, and execute without needing constant direction

  4. Strong understanding of viral content, internet culture, and social media trends

  5. Strong work ethic and willingness to move quickly

Preferred

  1. Experience with vibecoding

  2. Experience with AI video or image generation tools

  3. Experience building and managing systems

  4. Experience in music marketing

We care much more about what you can actually do than credentials. If you’re resourceful, move fast, and consistently figure out how to get shit done, you’ll do well here.
