The company
WORK-SELF builds Maya Enterprise, the Human Context infrastructure for enterprise AI. AI agents increasingly perform work inside large organisations, but they need context about the people and decisions around that work: who owns it, which decisions an agent can make, when a person reviews the result and how exceptions are escalated. Maya provides this governed context through an MCP-native server so employees and agents can complete work through accountable workflows.
We are a London-based enterprise AI company. In our first year we won enterprise contracts across banking, utilities, property services and European public finance, reached EBITDA-positive operations with a small team, and deployed Maya with enterprise customers. We work with technology and delivery partners and hold a granted US AI patent assigned to the company. Our next stage is scaling product delivery, enterprise adoption and partner-led growth. The people joining now will help build that next stage.
The role
You will build the hands-on growth marketing engine that supports enterprise sales and partner-led adoption of Maya. You will translate research, product progress and customer results into credible conversations with senior buyers, particularly CFOs, COOs, CIOs, Chief AI Officers and transformation leaders. The role combines clear writing, targeted distribution, practical experimentation and disciplined measurement, not consumer growth tactics.
Expected compensation ranges: £30k – £40k per year (Base) + £70k - £85k (Equity) + Bonus on performance and standard benefits
What you will own
Targeted campaigns and distribution. Plan and run email, LinkedIn, webinars, events and partner campaigns by vertical, buyer persona and purchase trigger. Own audience quality, message testing, assets, launch timing and sales handoffs.
Executive content and competitive insight. Create one-pagers, benchmarking reports, case studies, web pages and sales materials. Monitor credible developments in workforce AI, agentic workflow products and enterprise AI infrastructure, then make Maya's role precise without copying competitor claims.
Website and conversion. Own practical improvements to the enterprise website and campaign landing pages. Test messaging, calls to action, forms and referral paths, and document what converts qualified interest.
Marketing operations. Keep campaign lists clean and compliant. Maintain consistent tracking, attribution and handoffs with sales, CRM and campaign tools; automate repetitive work where it improves quality.
Measurement and iteration. Link campaign responses to qualified meetings and opportunities, not only opens or impressions. Capture competitor objections, buyer questions and what changes conversion; share the evidence with sales and product marketing.
You will know you are succeeding when
First 30 days. You have assessed the existing channels, identified priority buyers and published a practical 90-day campaign plan with measurable outcomes. You are booking 5 qualified demos per week through inbound and marketing-generated channels.
By 90 days. You have launched persona-specific campaigns and reusable, evidence-led collateral, with reporting from audience selection through qualified sales conversations. You are booking 10 qualified demos per week through inbound and marketing-generated channels.
By 180 days. You run a repeatable campaign calendar and can show which channels and messages generate pipeline. You convert at least 5 inbound or marketing-generated leads into qualified sales opportunities each week, without relying on constant founder intervention.
