Develop and prioritize a backlog of growth hypotheses based on their expected business impact
Design and test experiments across audience segments, optimization events, and new acquisition channels for debit and credit card products
Collaborate with the UA Manager to plan experiments and coordinate their execution
Partner with Analytics, Product, and Risk teams to gather insights and implement growth initiatives
Evaluate experiment results, assess their statistical significance, and scale successful approaches
Establish a structured and continuous experimentation process to drive sustainable acquisition growth
Leverage internal dashboards and AI tools to analyze performance and identify opportunities for optimization
What makes you a great fit:
Experience in Growth Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Performance Marketing, or a related analytical role
Strong analytical mindset and confidence working with marketing and customer data
Good understanding of performance marketing, customer acquisition, and key metrics such as CAC and conversion
Experience developing hypotheses, designing experiments, and evaluating results using statistical methods
Ability to prioritize initiatives based on expected business impact and translate insights into actionable improvements
Proactive and independent approach with the ability to take ownership and drive initiatives from idea to implementation
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams
