package.json version remains 0.1.0 because that field is not this product’s release identifier and already collides with donor git tag v0.1.0.

Git tags v0.0.3, v0.0.7, v.0.0.14, v0.0.50, and v0.1.0 are inherited Free Bordful history (2024-12 through 2025-03). They are not Pro releases. No GitHub Release is attached to those tags.

Plan 014 sales/fulfillment and docs/quality.md scale proof are out of this changelog’s “done” claims.

Added

• Payload-owned Postgres domain: Admins, Media, Categories, Tags, Companies, Listings, Purchases, Revisions, Subscribers, Operations, ProviderEvents, Deliveries, and Site Pages, plus Listing Settings, Site Identity, SEO, Email, and Analytics globals. Only Admins authenticate. Payload drafts apply only to Site Pages, not Listings. There is no Legal Global.
• Nine committed migrations, from 20260816_184208_initial through 20260824_010000_analytics_scripts. Runtime uses the pooled URL; bun run payload:migrate remaps the unpooled URL. Known leftover in this snapshot

• HTTP search p95 and public Core Web Vitals remain unmet (docs/quality.md). Lab SQL browse p95 at 20k/500k was 27 ms on Apple M4 Pro; that is not a marketing number.
• Live Stripe / live Resend Playwright. Operating-cost examples are dated 2026-08-24 and must be re-verified at purchase time.
• Production WAF rate-limit and a live restore drill are operator-owned.
• Plan 014 sales fulfillment is a separate repository. Plan 015 is blocked on 014.
• Regenerating the Payload admin import map without a real Blob token strips the Blob client and blanks /admin. Restore from git.
• Firefox Playwright launch timed out on the founder laptop (macOS sandbox). WebKit and Pixel 5 smoke passed.
